Training & Competency

Peak Well Systems is committed to providing a framework for our employees that ensures the provision of training and development which will enable them to undertake their roles and enhance their careers at Peak.

As part of our continual development, Peak develops and adheres to Competency and Training matrices for our people.  These matrices are integral in ensuring each employee knows what competencies they need to undertake their roles, analysing the individual skills required and what training may be needed to become fully competent in each competency field.

Each employee participates in an annual appraisal and development process.  This provides the employee with an opportunity to discuss their training and development needs, participate in the planning process for their career advancement and plan a schedule for the coming year.
