Our online event reporting system allows all Peak employees to report HSE and quality-related hazardous situations to help prevent harm to our people and environment as well as ensuring that these situations do not affect our customers.
Our incident reporting captures HSE, Product Quality and Service Quality incidents affecting our product and service delivery – including efficiency and quality - to our customers as well as our internal processes and people. All incidents are responded to and prioritised according to our risk matrices which regard safety of our stakeholders and quality of our products and services with the utmost importance.
Incident investigations are performed by senior management and corrective and preventive action plans are devised accordingly. A regular review is performed by management to ensure all incidents are investigated, addressed and closed out appropriately.
